Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Chamaeleon & Co. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns
To return your product, please contact me at Admin@chamaeleonco.uk to receive instructions on where and how to return your package. Items returned to me without this initial contact will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chamaeleon & Co cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended that you use an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds will not issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected, and advised if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded by your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
